This massive difference in price is unfortunately not unusual, you will find the same scenario with other national companies like Amplifon and Scrivens. As independent dispensers of digital hearing aids we have access to whole of the market and can choose the best solution for each client based on their budget and lifestyle. We have no ties to any particular hearing aid manufacturer, as some of the larger national companies do. (Hidden Hearing with Oticon hearing aids, Amplifon, (Sietech, Hearing Health, Amplivox) with GN Resound hearing aids, Boots Hearing (Ormerods) with Phonak hearing aids, Regional Hearing with Widex hearing aids etc.)

We offer the FULL manufacturers warranties and guarantees from ALL these hearing aid companies, in some cases we offer much more; Phonak, Oticon, Widex, GN ReSound, Unitron, Starkey, Bernafon and Siemens hearing aids.

We do not 're-brand' our hearing aids. Some national suppliers of hearing aids rebrand their hearing aids. The biggest culprits seem to be Hidden Hearing and Specsavers Hearcare. This makes direct price comparisons difficult. We do not agree with this practice as it leads to a lack of price transparency and is not, we feel, in the best interests of you, the consumer.

A question you might ask yourself - 'Why are most hearing aid suppliers afraid of listing their full hearing aids price list online?'

Is it ever a good idea to pay more than our prices? The only reason we can think to possibly pay more than our listed prices is if you can find, and want to deal with, a trusted local independent hearing aid audiologist based in a dedicated branch on your doorstep. You should expect to pay a premium for this service because of course it costs a lot of money to run and staff such an enterprise. As for the national companies with their limited ranges of products and generally lacklustre aftercare we really feel their exorbitant pricing structures are inexcusable.

We hope you are convinced - If you see cheaper hearing aid prices elsewhere, how long have they been trading, how long will they be trading in the future?
