The Hearing Aid Telephone Advice Line is at 0800 328 9628 (freephone), telephone calls are answered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm, and also Saturdays from 9am to 4pm. Outside these hours you can leave a voicemail message that WILL be responded to at the earliest opportunity.
